THE CRIT BLOG IS BACK AND IN FULL FORCE!
Love creating artwork but you can't find that extra-little push you need to get going? Looking for a community of artists to share your progress with? Want to press your foundations and aesthetic choices to the max?
Look no further! Open Crits is now a WEEKLY DESIGN CHALLENGE that will push you to get back to your foundations to enforce well-rounded drawings. All artists are welcomed, though for now the assignments will be geared more toward animation-themed work.

I'm not quite sure what it is,...but the two boys seem to get lost in the accordion. It took me a while to realize that it is a two headed boy and not two separate boys. The record player and the bird is clear and has a nice silhouette, but I feel as your eye moves up the design becomes lost and I think with tattoos you need to be extra clear because most people will see it from more of a distance and it will be warp on muscle in stead of a flat surface.
ReplyDeleteMaybe there needs to be more negative space or separation between the middle boys head and the edge of the accordion?...
